Shumlin Discusses Health Care With President

Governor Peter Shumlin just returned from a trip to Washington D.C. for the annual winter meeting of the National Governors Association. During the trip, President Obama expressed support for a bill that would allow states to design and get approval for their own health care plans starting in 2014, three years earlier than expected. Shumlin discusses the potential implications of that change on his plans for health care reform in Vermont, and some of the other issues the governors focused on in D.C.
