The Vermont Law School is conducting workshops in China to discuss how Chinese prosecutors can use litigation to better enforce pollution laws.  Tseming Yang is the director of the Partnership for Environmental Law in China at the Vermont Law School. He helped lead the workshops.  Yang has also just been appointed by President Obama to serve as deputy general counsel for international affairs of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

He spoke with VPR’s Jane Lindholm about the workshops and his new post.
