New Hampshire Governor John Lynch is being inaugurated to a third, two-year term today.
Lynch is scheduled to start today with a traditional breakfast honoring state employees at the Tuck Library in Concord.
He will be sworn in at noon. Afterward, Lynch and his wife, Dr. Susan Lynch, will greet citizens in Executive Council chambers.
A brief council meeting also will be held in the afternoon.
