(Host) If you’re hosting Thanksgiving this year and are a little nervous about cooking the dinner just right for all the friends and family dropping by, consider what one Burlington restaurant is preparing to do.
Like it’s done for the past 20 years, Sweetwaters will open its doors on Thanksgiving to anyone who’s looking for a free hot meal. An army of volunteers will be serving turkey and all the trimmings to an expected crowd of more than 700 people.
To find out what it takes to pull off such a big free meal, we visited Sweetwaters, and spoke to two of the people who make it happen.
