The daughter of one of the victims of a 2006 school shooting in Essex says the man convicted of the killings deserves an eternity of pain.

The mother of Emily Shanks was shot and killed by 29-year-old Christopher Williams during a shooting rampage in August 2006 after Williams broke up with his girlfriend.

Emily Shanks and others spoke yesterday in court where Williams was sentenced to three consecutive life terms.

Prosecutors say Williams went on a murderous rampage after breaking up with his girlfriend Andrea Lambesis, shooting her mother in her home and his ex-girlfriend’s teaching colleague Mary Alicia Shanks at the Essex Elementary School. He wounded two other people.
