Workers’ compensation rates expected to drop

Workers’ compensation rates are expected to drop by 4.2 percent next year. Some senators say that’s an indication that there’s good business news in Vermont. Senator Vince Illuzzi says the decrease is partly due to increased workplace safety training and a change in the workers’ compensation law.
