A Burlington woman has pleaded no contest to charges that she contributed to her mother’s fatal drug overdose this summer.
Thirty-four-year-old Lisa Fox agreed to a deal with prosecutors on Tuesday. Fox initially denied allegations that she gave her mother, Cindy Goulet, the drug that led to her death on June 3.
The 54-year-old died of a lethal combination of Dilaudid and cocaine.
A sentencing date for Fox has been set for Feb. 22.
