Last Friday, we told you about a Bob Dylan look-alike and sound-alike contest that was being held over the weekend in Montpelier. After hearing from 17 contestants, the judges decided the singer who came the closest to the Dylan sound and spirit was “Bob Number 13.” Bob Number 13 is also known as Derrick Semler of Washington, Vermont.

The contest was sponsored by a local record store and Semler won a turntable and a vintage album – Dylan’s 1966 release, “Blonde on Blonde.”
