A Vermont man is in critical condition after a workplace accident in Lebanon, New Hampshire.
Authorities say 56-year-old Charles Hughes of White River Junction was struck by a piece of metal while doing maintenance work at the Twin State Sand & Gravel Company plant on Monday.
