The state’s largest hospital is making an effort to connect the food people eat in the hospital with their personal health, with a lesson in environmental sustainability thrown in. VPR’s Jane Lindholm visits The Harvest café at Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington, which opened earlier this year.  She spoke with Daria Holcum, manager of Dining Services at Fletcher Allen Health Care about the café’s mission.
