It’s that time of the year when the philosophical question on the tip of everyone’s tongue is not to be or not to be but rather "to brine or not to brine." Jim Romanoff, renowned food writer and cook is Steve Zind’s guest.  He lobbies in on this and other important Thanksgiving questions.

Steve also speaks with Kathleen Wall, from Plimoth Plantation and Andrew Smith, food historian and author of The Turkey: An American Story, to learn about the historical origins of this turkey-laden feast and find out what the pilgrims and the Wampanoag actually ate in 1621.
