Quechee author Carla Neggers has written more than 50 books, and her newest thriller is set in the cold Vermont winter. Cold Pursuit, is the first in a new series that follows a secret service agent who’s returned home to the Green Mountain State. She spoke with VPR’s Jane Lindholm about her book.
