VT Edition: Attracting Foreign Students to Canadian Schools

Quebec has begun a program it hopes will attract foreign students to the province’s colleges and universities. Foreign students who graduate from Quebec schools are now put on a fast track to Canadian citizenship. Robert White, senior policy analyst with the Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada, talks with VPR’s Jane Lindholm about the rationale and goals of the new program.
