Volz replaces Dworkin on Public Service Board

There will be a new chairman at Vermont’s Public Service Board. Governor Jim Douglas has appointed James Volz to replace Michael Dworkin in the post. The Public Service Board is a three-member panel that regulates the state’s utilities. Volz has served as the Department of Public Service’s director for public advocacy since 1989.
