Vermont Agriculture Secretary Steve Kerr is resigning from the governor’s cabinet.
Governor Jim Douglas’ office says Kerr submitted his resignation yesterday.
Douglas’ press secretary says the governor is in the midst of interviewing all of his appointees as he prepares for his third term. The administration isn’t saying what Kerr’s future plans are.
Kerr could not be reached for comment.
