Another round of hearings begin this week on a proposed power transmission line in northwestern Vermont.
Construction already has begun on the Vermont Electric Power Company’s extension of the line between West Rutland and New haven.
But the Public Service Board has not given its approval to the final construction plans where the line will pass through Vergennes, Ferrisburgh, Charlotte, Shelburne and South Burlington.
Towns and property owners will have a chance to comment on some of the specifics of where the line will pass.
