The man accused in a 2006 Essex school shooting is expected to change his plea to the charges today. Two people were killed and two others were wounded in the attack.
Prosecutors say Christopher Williams will either plead guilty or no contest.
An 8:30 a.m. hearing is set in Vermont District Court in Burlington at which prosecutors say Williams will enter his plea and also be sentenced.
Victims and the family of people killed in the shootings may testify at the proceeding.
