Vermont state government has reached a tentative contract agreement with its work force.
No details of the contract have been released.
Administration Secretary Michael Smith says both sides are waiting until the contract is ratified by the state employees’ union.
About 7,000 state workers are represented by the Vermont State Employees Association.
Their contract was due to expire June 30th.
