The Vermont Transportation Agency is announcing the arrival of spring.
Vermont Route 108 through Smugglers Notch from Stowe to Jeffersonville is now open.
The steep, winding mountain pass closes in the winter.
And it’s closed year-round to buses, motor homes and commercial vehicles.
