Police say a Massachusetts skydiver was uninjured after crashing in power lines in Brattleboro.

Twenty-eight-year-old Cameron King, of Jumptown, a skydiving school in Orange, Mass., was one of two skydivers to jump during Brattleboro’s Winter Carnival on Saturday when a gust of wind blew him into the power lines.

King was able to hang on to a voltage regulator until police arrived.

Central Vermont Public Service Corp. shut off power shortly after the crash.

Brattleboro Police Lt. Robert Kirkpatrick says rescuers used a fire truck with a ladder to remove King while a crowd of several hundred watched.
