The Vermont company known for its marketing of environmentally friendly household products is getting a new president and CEO.
Seventh Generation of Burlington says that John Replogle will take over on March 7.
For the last five years, Replogle has served as president and chief executive officer of Burt’s Bees, a natural personal care products company.
The Burlington Free Press is reporting that Seventh Generation Chairman Peter Graham says the board is confident the 45-year-old Replogle will be able to realize the company’s untapped growth potential.
Replogle is replacing Chuck Maniscalco, who in 2009 succeeded company founder Jeffrey Hollender.
