Vermont State Police plan to resume their search today for boater who disappeared while tubing on a reservoir.
Paul Spackman of New York, has been missing since Sunday, when he was tubing with a female friend during a storm and went underwater in Harriman Reservoir as he was trying to get back into the boat they’d rented.
Neither was wearing a life jacket.
Detective Sergeant William Jenkins says a Vermont State Police scuba team, assisted by police and firefighters from Wilmington and Whitingham and a Brattleboro dive team have searched unsuccessfully for Spackman.
