Across the Northeast, everyone is watching the path of Hurricane Sandy, which is predicted to merge with other systems into a kind of super storm.
In Vermont, this storm comes just 14 months after the devastation of Tropical Storm Irene. Officials are taking the threat seriously. Some schools are closed today, utilities have extra crews on stand by and Governor Peter Shumlin has declared a State of Emergency.
