A 26-year-old man has died in a house fire in Rutland.
Police say Richard Lefevre died in a fire on Crescent Street early this morning.
Firefighters were able to rescue his sister and mother from the first floor of the building but firefighters say Lefevre was unconscious when they found him on the second floor.
Rescue workers were unable to resuscitate him.
Fire officials believe the blaze started in the kitchen on the second floor.
