Robison retires from Salzburg Seminar

Olin Robison, the president of the Salzburg Seminar, will retire next year.

Robison has served as president since 1991 and has expanded programs and raised the organization’s endowment from $1.4 million to $19 million during his tenure. He is also credited with upgrading the historic facilities in Austria, where the organization brings together people from all over the world to discuss topics of global importance. Offices are also located in Middlebury, Vermont. A search committee has been appointed to search for a successor.

Robison was president of Middlebury College from 1975 to 1990.
