State employees who were moved out of a Bennington office building because of health concerns may soon learn of their permanent office locations.

The state Department of Buildings and General Services is expected to give lawmakers a report on permanent sites on Thursday.

The report outlining possible locations will be reviewed Tuesday by a committee charged with finding viable downtown sites.

The Bennington office complex was closed in early 2007 after revelations that at least six present or former workers in it had been diagnosed with sarcoidosis.
