Supporters and opponents of wind power projects in Vermont agree on this much-the subject is generating a lot of heated, sometimes bitter debate.
In the town of Derby, right near the Canadian border, that debate has spilled over into angry words, allegations of slander and defamation, and a possible lawsuit.
