Police are looking for a suspect in an armed robbery in Orleans.
Police say a man with a gun robbed the Sunoco Station around ten-o-clock Sunday night and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police say it’s the first reported armed robbery in the state since April. There were 24 armed robberies between January and March.
Police say tougher penalties may part of the cause for the decline.
Suspects are not being charged in federal court and face longer sentences.
