Police are withholding the results of an autopsy on Middlebury College student Nicholas Garza pending a review by noted pathologist Dr. Michael Baden, who has been hired by Garza’s family.

Middlebury Police Chief Thomas Hanley says he won’t release autopsy information – for now.

Garza, 19, of Albuquerque, N.M., disappeared Feb. 5 after leaving a dormitory on the Middlebury College campus. He was found dead May 27 in Otter Creek. Foul play was not suspected, but results of toxicology tests have not been released.
