Peter Welch On The Health Care Bill’s Prospects

The effort to pass a health care reform bill in Congress has intensified. Congressman Peter Welch talks with VPR’s Bob Kinzel about what provisions he believes need to be part of that legislation. He also discusses his feelings about the suggestion to use budget reconciliation to get the reform bill approved and whether he thinks this prospect is a mistake.
