A panel formed to examine the viability and financial structure of Burlington Telecom will hold its first meeting Monday.
The seven-member Blue Ribbon Committee on Burlington Telecom, which is made up of three City Council members and four citizens, is tasked with assessing the city-owned telecommunications company’s debt load and whether it needs more financing to operate.
It is to report back to the City Council with recommendations by Jan. 15.
