She was organized, disciplined and, unusual for a drug dealer, didn’t use the drug herself. Authorities say those attributes helped a St. Albans woman become one of Vermont’s biggest crack cocaine dealers ever.

Now Robin Keller, 42, has been sentenced to 14 years in prison and faces confiscation of her home when her children grow up.

Authorities say that during the year and a half before her arrest on April 1, 2006, Keller supervised the sale of more than 10 kilograms — 22 pounds — of crack cocaine in mostly rural Franklin County in northwestern Vermont.

She developed a network of couriers, but at least one of them turned out to be a police informant.
