Democrat Barack Obama has two words for supporters who are getting a bit cocky about his chances of winning the presidency: New Hampshire.

Campaigning in Londonderry yesterday, Obama reminded supporters of the painful loss in the New Hampshire primary that followed his dramatic victory in Iowa. He says he learned in New Hampshire that he can’t let up or pay too much attention to polls that show him ahead.

Beyond New Hampshire, the Illinois senator is continuing his push to capture states that have been considered safe Republican territory in recent presidential elections. He’s buying airtime for campaign ads in West Virginia and plans visits to several traditionally GOP states.
