Rob Gurwitt and Watt Alexander are from Norwich and they’re concerned about the drop-off they’ve seen in Town Meeting attendance since the 1990’s.
That’s when the town switched from open floor town meeting votes to secret Australian ballots.
So to get more people to town meeting, and to get the conversation flowing, Alexander says they’re turning to food on Saturday, March 1st, before Town Meeting gets underway on Monday:
