Norwich University officials are investigating an incident involving cadets that appears to violate school rules, and possibly state law.

The school is not releasing any details about the incident, other than to say it occurred on December 6th on campus.

Northfield police have been asked to assist in the investigation.

This follows an October incident which led to criminal charges against two Norwich freshmen for allegedly assaulting a fellow student.

VPR’s Neal Charnoff spoke with Norwich University president Richard Schneider.
