A Vermont based Republican "super PAC" is on track to spend a million dollars during the 2012 campaign. The group is putting a lot of its energy into the race for state treasurer. Attorneys in the case of a Vermont man serving a 40-to-60-year prison term for setting a fire that killed four people in 1999 have agreed to put a resentencing hearing on hold. A New Hampshire man has pleaded guilty to grand larceny stemming from a holdup at a Vermont bank.
