Two different reports out this week paint very different pictures of affordable housing. One says housing is more affordable for families than it’s been for 25 years. The other says housing is unaffordable for many Vermonters.  Legislation that would allow child care providers to unionize has been derailed in the Vermont Senate. A Vermont House committee is eyeing new funding for energy initiatives that had appeared doomed for lack of money just weeks ago.
