Lawmakers in Vermont are touting a new financing program designed to help those businesses reluctant to invest in energy efficiency, to lower their costs. Republican gubernatorial candidate Randy Brock wants to create what he calls a "business in a box" program. U.S. Labor Secretary Hilda Solis will be in Randolph today, touring a dairy farm at Vermont Technical College. She’s here to highlight a training program that supports agricultural businesses. Police are asking the public to come forward with any information about a home break-in in Monkton on Monday.
