A group led by members of the Occupy Movement in Vermont has won a seat on the board of The Vermont Federal Credit Union. Organizers say it’s a bid to influence credit union policy. But the head of the credit union questions whether the group is acting in the interests of its members. One of the leaders of the anti-industrial wind power protest in Lowell says demonstrators are going to work to change Vermont law.
