A popular health insurance plan offered by Chambers Of Commerce is coming to an end. And many local chambers are concerned that without the plan they may lose members. The Senate Judiciary Committee took up a bill yesterday that would give terminally ill patients with less than six months to live the ability to end their lives. The Federal Emergency Management Agency says federal and state officials hope to complete funding arrangements for the rebuilding of the Waterbury state office complex by the end of the month.
