Burlington Mayor Miro Weinberger has proposed a new neighborhood of streets near the city’s southern waterfront. The goal is to relieve traffic elsewhere and open up development opportunities. Vermont State Police have released the name of the trooper who shot and wounded a man accused of making threats over a school bus radio in Danville.
