Adult dental services won’t be part of the basic benefit package offered though Vermont’s Health Care Exchange in 2014.The Green Mountain Care Board came to that decision this week.The Board says it hopes to find a way to offer those services in the future. In the months after Tropical Storm Irene the state held listening sessions in dozens of Vermont communities to learn how to improve disaster response and recovery. This week, officials issued a summary of what they heard and a list of recommendations.
