A proposed power transmission line through New Hampshire faces continued opposition from groups opposed to the construction of towers through undeveloped forestland.  Vermont has won conditional federal approval for its plan to build a consumer-friendly health insurance marketplace, or exchange. Voters in North Bennington went to the polls for a third time yesterday. By a 28 vote margin they authorized their school board to close their public grade school.
