Vermont Republicans have rallied around Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, John McCain’s pick as a vice presidential running mate. The state’s delegates to the Republican National Convention say revelations about Palin’s family have done nothing to dampen their enthusiasm.  The Vermont Telecommunications Authority says it’s on track to provide cell phone coverage and Internet service to every part of the state in the next two years.
