Changes are coming to the administration of Governor Jim Douglas; and the Governor says he’s concerned that a state milk commission may try to regulate retail prices. The commission is considering the regulation as a way to get more money to farmers without hurting consumers; The Vermont Cancer Center is losing its long-standing, prestigious federal designation as a "comprehensive cancer center."
