With nominating contests in Wisconsin and Hawaii out of the way, the Democratic presidential candidates are turning their attention to the next round of primaries; 43 million pounds of frozen ground beef was recalled nationally over the weekend, and 40,000 pounds of it was delivered to Vermont schools and child care centers;  Some state officials say staff shortages and an upcoming budget shortfall could jeopardize the Vermont State Police force.
