It’s Decision Day in New Hampshire, and the early measure of turnout in the Presidential primary is evidence that the voters there are taking seriously their part in the election cycle; the city of Vergennes is trying to decide the future of a 114-acre parcel of riverfront land that has been for sale for years; it’s taken several years, but the Northeast Kingdom Waste Management District is about to emerge from some heavy debt; Governor Jim Douglas will hand out worksite wellness awards to 17 Vermont businesses this afternoon.
