State officials are working on at least one welcome problem: how to spend million in anticipated revenue surplus; founder Bob Stiller will be replaced by Lawrence Blanford as president and chief executive officer of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters; educators will join forces with experts in public health, diabetes and pediatric medicine to lead a public discussion on childhood obesity, and what to do about it; in New Hampshire the Legislature is considering a bill that would allow a spouse’s health insurance to remain in force after a divorce; at Norwich University in Northfield, memorial services were held this morning for two former cadets who were recently killed in Iraq.
