The state’s farmers, like everyone else in Vermont, are trying to assess the damage from this week’s big snowstorm; Vermont’s Congressional delegation is active in the debates over a troop buildup in Iraq; Fletcher Allen Health Care announced this morning that it is complying with corrective steps imposed on the hospital after a psychiatric patient committed suicide in the institution three weeks ago.
