Vermont moves to have the auto industry lawsuit against it thrown out, based on this week’s Supreme Court ruling on carbon dioxide regulation; more action on spending bills at the Statehouse; officials from the EPA will visit Brown’s River School in Jericho at 2:15 this afternoon to announce funding to install advanced pollution control systems on school buses.
